ABOUT OUR Items
We print on a variety of clothing & other items. Each clothing item should include the fabric used and the approximation of fit, such as fits smaller than usual, or larger than usual or fits typical to usual. We do our best to source good quality garments and items, but if you find something just isn’t up to Hero Standards, please let us know.

Printed item care
To extend the life of your appearal, wash them inside-out in cold water and line dry. Printed items may or may not be dishwasher safe, but washing by hand always extends the life of a printed item.
BACK-ORDERED & DISCONTINUED ITEMS
All of our items come direct from the printer. If they are out of stock or the item ends up discontinued, we will let you know as soon as possible to either make a change or cancel your order. We may at times ship items separately or from different printers, which may lead to 2 packages being shipped. This will not impact your shipping costs.. If the items are not in stock order time can exceed stated time.
REFUNDS & DISCOUNTS
If you are getting a refund, keep in mind it can take up to 1 credit card cycle to see your refund. We do our best however it is done on “accounting” days. Coupon codes can be applied during the first step of checkout, where you can see thumbnails of your item in your cart.
We attempt to be as accurate as possible; however, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Again, the human side of life is, mistakes occasionally happen. We don’t expect you to live with our mistake, simply understand it is not the end of the world.
MISSING PACKAGE? WE CAN HELP!
If an item is lost in shipping and not marked as delivered by USPS, we will cover reshipping costs of the goods. We send us an email with your name and order number. We will always reship using the shipping speed chosen at checkout.
If USPS has marked the package as delivered to the address entered at checkout but you have not received it, please call USPS and open a case for non-receipt of product and send us the case number. If you live in an area that has experienced Porch Pirating consider sending your package to your place of business or to a home that someone is there to receive it. We want you to get your order safely and securely.
Risk of Loss: The title of all goods transfers to the buyer at the point of full payment and upon reaching your destination . If you have an address that has had issues, consider sending somewhere else. Don’t ship to somewhere that might be sketchy. Once the USPS says you have it, we must believe you do.
Disputes: Any dispute relating in any way to your visit and purchases at our site or other auxiliary websites shall be adjudicated in any state or federal court in Billings, Montana, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
